with the world or in discord with the world? Alexander McLaren said, “The
measure of our discord with the world is the measure of our accord with the
Savior.” Make no mistake, the world hates the name of Jesus and the world will
hate you if you really love Him. Many churches today are pursuing a program
that seeks to make the world feel “comfortable.” There can be no “concord”

My prayer for you today is for you to
“steel” your heart against the antagonism of the world, if you live for Christ
it will come.

A woman accompanied her husband to the doctor’s
office. After the check-up, the doctor took the wife aside and said, “If you
