Trail Mix - 2.22.19

February 22, 2019 Vance Havner said, “The Gospel is not a secret to be hoarded but a story to be heralded!” We are to be dispensers of God’s grace not depositories. Too many believers are stuffing themselves with Gospel blessings while millions go without even a morsel. We are debtors to all men to give freely what we have freely received. Jesus told Peter to, “Feed my sheep and feed my lambs.” The Living Water should overflow so that others may drink. David wrote the “…my cup runneth over…” and he gave us over 70 of the Psalms. We are blessed to be a blessing.” S. E. Trail
My prayer for you today is for your “out go to exceed you inflow.
Weekly Memory Verse Challenge - John 14:27Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” KJV
“Little Johnny and his family were having Sunday dinner at his Grandmother's house. Everyone was seated around the table as the food was being served. When Little Johnny received his plate, he started eating right away. "Johnny! Please wait until we say our prayer." said his mother. "I don't need to," the boy replied. "Of course, you do "his mother insisted. ”We always say a prayer before eating at our house." "That's at our house." Johnny explained. "But this is Grandma's house and she knows how to cook."
