July 17, 2019 – “You can only give out what you have
taken in, is a truism that we all can learn from. No teacher or pastor can give
the people what they need until they have taken in what they need themselves!
Jesus spent much time in prayer in order to challenge His disciples to pray.
Paul was a student of the Word so he could inspire his followers to “…study, to
show themselves approved unto God.” Don’t starve your soul for if you do you
cannot feed the souls of others.” S. E.

My prayer for you today is for you to be
both and “inlet” and an “outlet” of spiritual blessings!
Deuteronomy 6:6 And
these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
7 And thou shalt teach
them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in
thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and
when thou risest up. 8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon
thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. 9 And
thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates. KJV
“If you think
about it, Adam had more trouble than any of the rest of us buying his Father a
gift for Father’s Day. I mean, what do you get somebody who has everything?”
