May 9, 2019 – “Is there a difference between a congregation and a crowd? I think that clearly there is. Today we see many churches with large crowds that have been built with flashy advertising, worship services with strobe lights and fog machines and music that sounds very much like what the world listens to. I suspect that if men preached to these crowds the way that Jesus preached then we would see the same results that our Lord saw; “…many left and followed Him no more.” S. E. Trail

My prayer today is for us to sound forth a clear Gospel clarion call without all the “special effects.”
