2.10.18 – “Our righteousness is as “filthy
rags,” said the prophet! These filthy rags cannot cover fully, we are still
exposed to God’s wrath; they are filthy so they defile us and we are still in
need of cleansing and they are flimsy for they are inadequate to provide the
protection we so desperately need. God clothe us with the righteousness of your
Son “…who was made to be sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of
God.” Oh what a Savior!” Gleanings from

My prayer today is that you would be
sensitive to the leadership of the Holy Spirit and share your witness with
someone today.
Isaiah
1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith
the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow;
though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
While sports fishing off the Florida
coast, a tourist capsized his boat. He could swim, but his fear of alligators
kept him clinging to the overturned craft. Spotting and old beachcomber
standing on the shore, the tourist shouted, "Are there any gators around
here?!" "Naw," the man hollered back, "they ain't been around
for years!" "Feeling safe, the tourist started swimming leisurely toward
the shore. About halfway there he asked the guy, "How'd you get rid of the
gators?" "We didn't do nothin'," the beachcomber said. "The
sharks got 'em." ChristiansUnite.com
